What happens when we contact you?
We like to start by arranging a meeting and thoroughly discussing the details of the project with you. We establish what you do and don’t like and the nature and purpose of the project. When we are happy that we have enough information to work with, we will begin the project by researching ideas, brainstorming, and then creating visual design concepts to present back to you. We take on board all aspects of feedback and make any requested amendments until our client is happy.
Are you very expensive?
We are so keen to show off our creative ability and fantastic business solutions to potential new clients, that often we can generate concepts and pitch for your business free of charge. If the project is really big, then we will only charge the necessary fees to cover our costs. We will however, be able to deduct this from the full project cost if you choose to stick with our concepts and continue developing them.
Can you produce brand guidelines for other designers to follow?
If Atlantis Media are responsible for designing your logo and corporate identity then we recommend producing a Brand Bible. This will illustrate the rules of your brand to other designers who will need it to maintain a consistent brand identity for your company. The document will detail how to use your logo, colours, fonts and where to place certain elements on a page. It will also express what not to do.
Do you print in-house?
We do not have in-house printing facilities but we do have many excellent printing contacts and would be happy to source the perfect print solution for you.

We offer copywriting services for a range of printed material as well as website content. This does come as an additional cost but is a good idea if you do not have the time to dedicate to writing the copy for your website. It is also a professional service which ensures that your copy is consistent and incorporating all the essential keywords to help with site optimisation purposes.
I don't know what certain technical words mean, can you help?
We are proud of the way we simplify things. Our quote documents are simply laid out and clear to understand, with explanations for areas that we don’t expect everybody to know about. We show all the elements included in the cost of your project so as you can clearly see what you are getting for your money. We are always at the end of the phone waiting to answer your questions.
How is design work delivered?
